    Summer’s Over: Now What?
It’s Time for an Employee Engagement B12 Shot!

It’s that time of year when vacation is over, and it’s a race to finish the year strong. But maybe you left your fresh thinking and creative mojo back at the beach.

In this program, Mary Wiggins promises an Employee Engagement B12 Shot that will leave you energized and feeling young (or more young) again. She’ll give you tips and tricks you can quickly and easily implement in the coming weeks to reconnect with employees (and your own motivation).

    You will learn:

    • How to capture your employees’ attention using a variety of creative story forms

    • Why it’s time to embrace visual communication

    • How to avoid professional burnout and keep your creative mojo alive

You’ll leave with practical tips for more engaging employee communications, even on a shoestring budget, including podcasting, video storytelling and infographics. Her aim is to give you a win on your next performance appraisal.

Mary Wiggins has extensive experience helping Fortune 100 companies drive employee engagement and communication for better business results. Throughout her career as chief storyteller, she has had the opportunity to climb offshore derricks, walk around inside an (empty) LNG tanker, and get behind the wheel of a dragster. Most recently, she guided Baker Hughes employees through two mergers (one successful, one not). With more than 25 awards from her peers in business communication, she is a respected communication strategist and practitioner, as well as a recipient of IABC Houston’s Communicator of the Year award. Currently, Mary is Director of Global Employee Communications at Baker Hughes, a GE company. She is also an artist, and her work has been exhibited at the Houston Contemporary Craft Museum, the Jung Center, and other local galleries.

Please note that refunds are issued only in the form of a credit toward a future IABC Monthly Luncheon.
