Frontline workers are the critical backbone of a company, and their commitment is important to a company’s success. However, effectively engaging with non-desk workers requires a departure from traditional approaches often geared towards office staff. Join Jennifer WalshfutureAlign Incorporated Account Director, and Wade Williams, KBR Director of Projects, to learn about some new approaches that yielded a KBR CEO Distinguished 2019 project of the year award. See how their approach may help you achieve bold safety records, reduce attrition, increase productivity and create a workplace where people want to work.

This webinar is free for IABC members and $15 for non-members. All proceeds will go toward the IABC Houston scholarship fund.
