 Directions

Take a fresh look at your communications toolbox in 2021 by examining how you can better craft messages that drive results. Whether you are drafting executive speeches, helping your client or company respond to a crisis, or developing marketing messages, your ultimate goal is to change minds. You want to move your audience from inertia to action, from confusion to understanding, or from skepticism to trust.

Alice Brink has been helping leaders and organizations change minds for more than three decades. At our January ESIG virtual meeting, she will share five tools communicators can use to change minds without manipulating either the truth or the audience. You’ll see how small tweaks can make a big difference, and you’ll leave with a new understanding of the power we communicators hold in our hands.
