Be Your Clients’ Solution: Using Project Management to Deliver Results

Too often, busy entrepreneurs promise to deliver results to a client, but fall short on the expected outcome. How do you prevent this from happening to you so you can maintain your business reputation? In this interactive presentation, you will learn about planning, executing, and handing over to your clients to exceed their expectations. Alana shares her experience as a Learning & Development Consultant, committed to helping her clients excel by developing their people. By utilizing proven project management methodologies, you can ensure that you are your clients’ solution, and not part of their problem.

Participants will learn how to:
• Create a project schedule that keeps delivery on track
• Avoid “scope creep” while keeping client satisfaction high
• Manage client expectations throughout the process
• Send an invoice with a smile on everyone’s face
